Miley Cyrus, a famous singer-songwriter and actress announced she is no longer a vegan. “That’s just fine,” according to expert foodie & spa consultant, Esti Prager, “However high-profile celebs should consider consequences before blaming veganism for health problems.”
Cyrus revealed that she has felt “sharper” since she started eating fish again in 2019 on an episode of a podcast, the Joe Rogan Experience.
After adopting a plant-based diet back in 2014, Cyrus had long been one of many high-profile celebrities spearheading the vegan movement.
During this podcast, Cyrus admitted to drug user and poor nutrition, along with health and neurological issues. She added that she started eating fish again last year as her “brain wasn’t functioning properly”. She alleges that she immediately felt “sharper”. Cyrus also blamed veganism for her hip pain.
